Harald Lais - has been BNI National Director for Germany and Austria with Michael Mayer since 2008. After his training as a systems analyst, Harald Lais founded his first company at the age of 24. He is an enthusiastic tournament poker player and bookworm. He loves to spend his weekends with his family and lives in Munich with his wife Natalia and his sons Tim and Max. His motto: "Always getting better - Better progress with mistakes than standstill in perfection."
